Villa & Hut are proud to support the Sandy Pt Half in 2009 & 2010. In partnership with Start to Finish, we will endeavour to make it a 'green' event.
The Villa & Hut Sandy Point Half ties with our own eco-policies including: using recycled or reclaimed timber, and working with hundreds of overseas communities, villages and individuals to spread the word about recycling, waste reduction, forest rejuvenation, coral renewal & water saving measures.
At the Villa & Hut Sandy Point Half, we have implemented some green policies to help us reduce our carbon footprint. But more importantly, we are striving to mobilise runners to rise to the challenge and help us to make an investment in our exquisite environment. Ensure you read our green policies and How you can help sections on the website, so that you too can add environmental sustainability to your list of running goals.
